It is worthwhile to approach each investment individually and check what applicable and required standards in your country. 2.How to manage installation of windows?
You don't have to worry about installation when you order windows from us. We can help you with installation instructions (guidance,tips articles,videos or video live direction). For complicated projects, we also can provide techinians for site instruction as required. Generally,it's guaranteed and trustworthy for installation satisfied delivery according to our proposed instructions and required standards.

We provide bespoke solutions as projects requirements by developers, builders, contractor, fabricator, consultant, architect, designer, project dealer, trader or distributor, etc. Rolay, with 25 years rich experience, strong supply chain and reliable production capacities, would be your preferred reliable supplier and factory.
5.How to reduce the cost of transportation?
The most advantageous form of transporting windows is shipping by sea. It is best to complete the entire 40′ HC container. It usually has dimensions of 1200 x 235 x 259 cm. You can add a friend's order or your other order to the container to share the transportation costs. In this case, we recommend invoicing everything to one company/person to minimize expenses and paperwork.
6.What are the exact transport costs?
You can check the transport costs in proforma invoice of quotation. Once you have paid the invoice, you will not be surprised by any additional or hidden costs on our part. Please note, however, that customs duties, import and port charges will be your responsibility once the goods have arrived in the destination.
7.What are the forms of payment?
Our preferred form of payment is Telegraphic Transfer. Delivery terms could be negotiated,generally EXW,FOB,CIF are available,DDP/DDU depends on specific conditions of forwarder agent and destination country policies. You will receive your transfer details on your pro forma invoice,100% in advance or min. 50% down payment. You will receive a final invoice upon receipt of the goods in the destination place. We do not offer cash on delivery.
8.How to account for the import of windows from china?
We'll make proforma invoice for you with you preferred delivery methods. After payment of the pro forma invoice,you will receive a final invoice after the delivery of your order. The invoice will state the material, e.g. aluminium, which will help you determine the duty rate. It is up to you to verify and pay the duty. If you have chosen the CIF delivery option with us - you are also affected by port charges.
9.How do I manage import or transportaion issues while I'm not familiar with the process?
It's worthwhile to figure out the whole process by each step when enter into this business. We suggest you consult with reputed customs agency or forwarder who will help you for importing windows into your country,after several operations,thus you know how to manage it in best ways.
10.What is the lead time of an average order?
The time from manufacture generally takes for 3-6weeks after drawing confirmation and deposit made,and time delivery of the windows to destination port is on average 3-4 weeks by sea transportaion,which depending on sail time schedule, destination port and delivery method. Add to this the production time of the windows (several weeks). The maximum expected production time can be found on the pro forma invoice.
